As Disney Springs in Orlando continues its almost complete makeover many new venues have been popping up. Thanks to our friend Melinda over at Kitchen Tested it has been confirmed Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC’s Orlando location is certified kosher under the Florida K and is pareve. Not only is the food delicious but gluten and vegan friendly! Certainly a strong add for a snack or dessert on shabbat or after eating the so-so park food.
